Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at KestrelWave’s discretion. KestrelWave reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
KestrelWave shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Daily Luxury LLC operates as an S-Corporation under U.S. law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
